A 29-year-old man has been arrested on charges of murder and illegal possession of a knife following the fatal stabbing of a woman in north London.

Pamela Munro, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene on Ayley Croft in Enfield around 7:00 PM BST on Saturday.

Abdirazak Omar, who resides on Ayley Croft, is expected to appear in court at Willesden Magistrates’ Court later today.

The Metropolitan Police have announced that they are providing ongoing support to Ms. Munro’s family, and officers will remain present in the neighborhood to help reassure local residents and collect further information.
