Elkann: Ferrari Drivers Need to Focus More on Racing and Less on Talking

President of Ferrari, **John Elkann**, expressed his dissatisfaction with the team’s performance following a disappointing Brazilian Grand Prix, where both drivers had to retire from the race. In his statement, he acknowledged the efforts of the mechanics and engineers but criticized “the other elements” of the team, implying the drivers.

“Brazil was a huge disappointment. On one hand, our mechanics did an excellent job—just look at the pit stops. And if you consider our engineers, there’s no doubt the car has improved.

However, everything else is not up to par. It’s crucial for our drivers to focus on their driving and to communicate less, as we have important races ahead, and finishing second is still a realistic goal,” Elkann’s words were reported by Sky Sport Italia.
