Dikidzhi Goes Blonde: A Last-Minute Change Before Season Training Ends

The Russian champion, **[Vladislav Dikidzhi](https://www.example.com/tags/37591-vladislav-dikidzhi/)**, explained his decision to dye his hair blonde during the offseason.

— I just didn’t know what to do with myself. I constantly feel the urge to make some changes, but nothing seems interesting to me for some reason. I wanted to shake things up in my life, do something different. I considered either getting a tattoo or coloring my hair. Tattoos are more permanent, and while they can be altered, it’s a bigger commitment…

**— How did your coach react to your new hairstyle?**
— I had it all planned out: Vladik is a smart guy, very strategic; I dyed my hair on the last day of training *(*laughs)*,* Dikidzhi shared with Sport24.

As a reminder, in the 2024/2025 season, Vladislav Dikidzhi clinched the Russian championship title and won two stages of the country’s Grand Prix. He is currently a reserve competitor for the qualifier to the Olympic Games in Milan. Earlier, he was granted neutral status alongside Pyotr Gumenik, who was listed as the primary athlete.
