Beyond Human: KHL Forward Prokhorkin on the Legendary Triumphs of LeBron, Jordan, and Bryant

A 31-year-old forward for the Omsk club in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), **Nikolai Prokhorkin**, has shared his admiration for the top stars of the National Basketball Association (NBA) — **LeBron James**, **Michael Jordan**, and **Kobe Bryant**.

“Today, athletes are much more open: everyone knows how Cristiano Ronaldo trains, reads his books, and watches his videos. The same goes for Kobe Bryant, LeBron, Michael Jordan, and Stephen Curry.

For instance, Curry runs his own training camps, and all of this is available for anyone to study. In the past, such insights were rarely shared, and training happened quietly.

Now, anyone can analyze the work of these super athletes in detail. This not only motivates players but also helps coaches develop.

**– Do you personally follow anyone closely?**
“Yes, I look up to Zlatan Ibrahimovic. He’s probably my idol when it comes to mentality. A very strong individual with a remarkable career. He also has a wonderful family, which resonates with me.

In terms of work ethic, Bryant was simply exceptional. However, trying to emulate him, or Jordan or LeBron, is nearly impossible. They are superhumans.

For an average athlete, replicating their regimen could either result in a physical breakdown or burnout,” Prokhorkin noted, as reported by the portal “AllAboutSports.”
