RFS Disciplinary Committee to Penalize Akron for Multiple Violations Against Zenit

The head of the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Russian Football Union (RFS) Arthur Grigoryanets stated that the organization will impose penalties on “Akron” for two disciplinary violations during the 11th round match of the Mir RPL against Saint Petersburg’s “Zenit.” The match, which took place on October 4, ended in a 1-1 draw.

“The Committee will address the delay of six minutes and 30 seconds for the match ‘Akron’ vs. ‘Zenit’ caused by ‘Akron.’ Additionally, we will examine the seven-minute delay in ‘Akron’s’ exit from the locker room. These are two separate disciplinary violations,” Grigoryanets mentioned in a conversation with Championship correspondent Vladislav Kruglov.
