“The management of Manchester thought that this guy would come in and everything would just click. Well, it seems nothing has clicked. We’ve been witnessing these ups and downs for several years now. They have the financial resources; they just need to put together a strong squad—and that’s all it takes,” Mostovoy stated on his Telegram channel.
