Tarasova Celebrates Petrosyan and Gumenniks Victory at 2026 Olympic Qualifiers

The honored coach of the USSR in figure skating, **Tatiana Tarasova**, congratulated Russian athletes **Adelia Petrosyan** and **Petr Gumennik** on their victory at the Olympic qualifying tournament held in Beijing, China, for the 2026 Games.

“I want to extend my congratulations to Adelia and her entire team for their outstanding performance, victory, and qualification for the Olympic Games! Hooray!

Petr is going to the Olympics! Congratulations to the team!” Tarasova wrote on social media.

Adelia Petrosyan scored a total of 209.63 points for her performance, while Petr Gumennik won his event with a combined score of 262.82 points for both his short and free programs. The athletes secured their spots for the 2026 Olympic Games in Milan, Italy.
