**— You mentioned coaching seminars. Do you see yourself as a future coach?**
— I’m not sure. It definitely intrigues me, and I find it quite fascinating. I’m interested in viewing the team not merely as 25 individual players, but as a cohesive unit. Observing how it functions and what elements are crucial is compelling. For instance, I wrote a post on my Telegram channel about Ken Hitchcock. I watched his seminars from 2012, and he was already discussing how they were beginning to work with a different generation of players. That was 13 years ago, yet it still holds true today. Coaching is incredibly challenging work. It’s a calling—a whole different world. It’s not simply about showing up, giving two exercises, moving some cones, and heading off to the showers.
