This project explores the emergence of a vibrant rock community in East Siberia following the collapse of the Soviet Union. The documentary immerses viewers in the energetic and creative landscape of the best punk bands from the Irkutsk region and Buryatia during the wild ’90s and early 2000s, featuring unique archival footage from that era and candid interviews with musicians.

The film is directed by Pavel Skorobogatov, who is known for his short film *”Razmaznya.”* The shooting involved contributions from Alexander Gorsky, Igor Smirnov, Alexander Nikitin, and others.
