Samson Ruzhentsev Extends Contract with CSKA Moscow

The small forward Samson Ruzhentsev has extended his contract with CSKA Moscow, as reported by the club’s press service.

In the previous season of the VTB United League, Samson played on loan for “Parma.” In the upcoming season, he will once again don the red-and-blue colors of CSKA.

During the 2024/2025 season, Ruzhentsev averaged 13.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.3 assists over 29 games. “Samara” finished in 11th place in the standings and did not qualify for the playoffs.

CSKA Moscow was crowned the champion of the VTB United League in the last season, defeating “Zenit” in the final series.

Earlier, “Zenit” announced a new deal with shooting guard Georgy Zhabanov.
