Russian Athletes Receive Olympic Gear for 2026 Without AIN Logo

The coach of the Russian lugers, **Alexander Vasin**, shared that the athletes and coaching staff have received uniforms from the Olympic Games organizing committee.

“Our athletes have been provided with uniforms that they will wear throughout the duration of the event, except during the competitions themselves. This includes warm white-and-blue jackets, fleece jackets, a tracksuit, and white sneakers. The clothing does not feature the AIN (Athlete Individual Neutral) inscription,” Vasin’s statements were reported by TASS.

The Winter Olympic Games will be held in the Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo from February 6 to 22. A total of 116 sets of medals will be contested during the Games, with 13 Russian athletes participating. The official opening of the 2026 Winter Olympics will take place on February 6 in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, with the main celebrations occurring at the Olympic stadium “San Siro” in Milan.
