Samaras Wings of Soviets Settle Debts to RT-Capital, Clearing Nearly 1.1 Billion Rubles

On February 2nd, “Krylya Sovetov” completed the repayment of its debt to “RT-Capital.” The total amount repaid by the club reached nearly 1.1 billion rubles. These funds were secured through off-budget support and the club’s own finances.

The club had borrowed funds for financial assistance back in 2011, but it failed to meet its debt obligations for the past decade. Now, “Krylya Sovetov” is continuing its operations as planned, having received the necessary funding from regional authorities and sponsors. The team is actively preparing for the spring segment of the championship and is also working on strengthening its squad.

It was previously reported that Samara fans had started contributing to the football club’s debt repayment to a subsidiary of the Rostec corporation via the “Gosuslugi” platform.

Enforcement proceedings to recover the debt from the club were initiated in December 2025. The management needed to settle the loan by February 5th to avoid being declared bankrupt.
