Oleg Romanцев: My Love-Hate Relationship with Journalists

The former head coach of Moscow’s Spartak, **Oleg Romantsev**, expressed his views on the media representatives.

“I don’t have much affection for journalists, but I do have positive relationships with good reporters. I dislike criticism and critical attitudes. While I don’t appreciate it, I do acknowledge it,” Romantsev stated in an episode of the YouTube channel “Spartak Show.”

At the age of 72, Oleg Romantsev served as the head coach of Spartak Moscow from January 1989 to December 1995 and again from January 1997 to June 2003. Under his leadership, the team secured the national championship nine times (once in the USSR and eight times in Russia) and won the national cup four times (once in the USSR and three times in Russia).
