So the time is upon us the London 2012 Olympics are here………… us English are great at moaning, I’ve heard so many Londoners moaning about this and that… but you know what it’s for 2 weeks and if you don’t like it go on holiday, I personally can’t wait 🙂
I had been meaning to go down to tower bridge ever since the Olympic Rings went up to get a picture, but the recent good weather has coincided with a really busy period at work and at home (which is the reason for erratic commenting).
However I did manage to get out of work early (or on time) on Wednesday for some photography but the tower wasn’t playing nicely…… I wanted a blue hour shot with the rings in place, but the Thames was busy and the bridge kept being raised…….. consequently the rings were stored away for 2 hours and I watched my time come and go 🙁
I must have had 5 seperate groups of tourists ask me when the when the rings would be lowered, I felt like part of the furniture sitting there waiting… LOL
I’ve tried my best to catch up with some of you today hopefully I’ll get around to the rest of you over the day or 2. Have a great weekend everyone!!
