New building at Blackfriars in London

Blackfriers Bridge in London.
There is a new high rise buiding at the end of the Blackfriers Bridge. London has the "gurkin" and the "walky-talky"( aka the death ray building) , the "cheese grater" and the "shard", so I wonder what Londoners will call this one?
