Most Londoners will know the bridge and recognise this assist construction.
The Hungerford Bridge crosses the River Thames in London, and lies between Waterloo Bridge and Westminster Bridge. It’s a metal truss railway bridge – generally generally known as the Charing Cross Bridge – flanked by two newer, cable-stayed, pedestrian bridges that share the railway bridge’s basis piers, and that are named the Golden Jubilee Bridges.
